Gallery Alpine Night, Alpine Texas Nov. 19-20, 2010.

Working on some pictures for this event. Last year I had some small work around Alpine for "Artwalk", as it is called. Alpine is a West Texas town about 33 miles east of Marfa. It's a railroad/ranching community and home of Sul Ross State University. Currently, I'm painting away in the Texas Panhandle for a return presence this year. This new work has been a full return to the acrylic medium. The objective is to bind languages of acrylic into a body of work descriptive of my origins of youth.
